Meet Eva Lin Douglass
A mother of two littles who believes in big love, deep connection, and the magic in ordinary moments.
Through years of teaching and practicing yoga and mindfulness, Eva developed a deep trust in the wisdom of the heart — and a wish to help others find their own inner light. The Light in You began as the words she wanted her children to carry with them long after bedtime.
A lifelong spiritual seeker, she writes from the belief that we are all beings of love on a human journey, and that each day is a small miracle. Eva lives in Pittsburgh, PA with her family, usually with a matcha in hand.

An artist known for her imaginative play with the natural world.
Finding inspiration in nature, gardening, and her love for adventure and travel, Katie has created work for world-renowned brands that often dances to life with an ethereal, dreamlike vision.
She works primarily in pastel and watercolour and is currently based in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Every spread in The Light in You is an original painting done with watercolor, pastel and gouache.
